Graduating from the Albany Medical College in 1986, William S. Cooley, Jr. M.D. established the practice in 1990. He attended the Albany Medical College and received his medical degree in 1986. He then served his residency at the Albany Medical Center and went on to become board certified in 1990 and a fellow in the ACOG. Dr. Cooley, Jr. has always been committed to the health of women in the Central New York area. He lives in Oneida with his wife.
